Reverse Confetti - Berry Sweet & Elemental Stripes

Happy Monday!   I decided to play along with Inspired by All the Little Things challenge this weekend.   The photo inspiration was a rainbow of flowers, which makes me long for summer to hurry up and get here.   I decided to create some little treat containers and pull the rainbow of colors and summer into the design.

The treat containers were made with the Round Top Tag and I used the partial die cutting technique to create a wrap around the chocolates and then topped it with a rainbow tag using the some Round Top Tag and Elemental Stripes stamp set.    I used multiple inks to create the stamped tags: Iced Aqua, Lime Green, Bumblebee, Tangerine, and Salsa inks.

I created three different little treats and also used the Berry Sweet stamp set for the sentiments, tiny flowers and strawberry image.   The treat wrap is made from Iced Aqua cardstock and then topped with the stamped tags.   In one of the tags, I created a tiny shaker using a die from the Round Top Tag Confetti Cuts set.

The berry was stamped on Salsa cardstock and then die cut out with the Berry Sweet Confetti Cuts.   I used some old Stampin Up ribbon that I had in my stash and then tied it off with some white twine.

This challenge is open till April 20th!  Hopefully you will get some time to play along!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hello Bluebird - Jungle Littles

Happy Tuesday everyone!   There is a new stamp company called Hello Bluebird and they have some really adorable stamps.   They are super cute I have my eye on a couple more.    Right now, they are available for sale on the Hello Bluebird website and at Butterfly Reflections Ink.    I was able to get my hands on Jungle Littles.    I made this sweet little jungle card using several of the images.

I stamped the images onto Neenah 80lb cardstock and colored them with my Copic Markers.   I used my Scan and Cut to cut the images out.   I added details with my Sakura White Gel pen and my clear Pico Embellisher.

For the background, I used Distress Oxide inks in Wilted Violet and Salty Ocean and ink blended on Bristol Smooth card stock to create a night time sky.   I wanted to create the look of stars so I splattered the panel with water and you get this cool oxide effect.   I also used some white splatter and my Sakura White Gel pen for even whiter details.

I used the Reverse Confetti Scalloped Square to trim down my background to fit inside the Scalloped Square Frame and then added it to a Kraft card base.  I laid some of the stamped images out on the background and also ran it thru with the Scalloped Square Confetti Cut, this gave the ends a perfect finish lining up directly with the Scallop Frame.

The finished size of the card is 4 1/4 x 4 1/4.   I stamped my sentiment in Versafine ink and then clear embossed it.   Some of the colored images were popped up on the card with foam tape.

Well that is it for me today!  Check out this new company!   I hope you have an wonderful week and thank you for stopping by!

Reverse Confetti - Color Throwdown Challenge

Happy Monday!   I got to play again this weekend with the Color Throwdown Challenge.   The colors were Mint, Red and Pink.    I used the new Honey Bear Stamp set again from Reverse Confetti.  It is one of my favorite sets!

I stamped and colored my images onto Premier Polar White and colored in with my Copic Markers.   I then cut them out with the Honey Bear Confetti Cuts.   I added a limb from the Nuts About You stamp set and matching Confetti Cuts.   I die cut my Pink card panel with the Small Diamond Tiles Cover panel and layered it onto a white card base.

To create my focal point to place my images, I die cut the Scalloped Squares from Premier Polar White and Iced Aqua card stock.   I die cut several layers so that it would pop up off the card base.   I stamped the inside square with the Elemental Stripes in Stone ink just along the lower half.  I added some details to the images with my Uniball Signo White Gel pen.

Here is the link to the Color Throwdown Challenge!   I hope you have some time to play along!

Thanks for stopping by!

Reverse Confetti April Blog Hop!

Hey 'Fetti Fans!   We are hopping today to celebrate Mom's, Dad's and Grad's!    Please join us as we share projects today to celebrate those we love!   You can start at the Reverse Confetti Blog and hop along to all the stops.    Today I went with my version of shabby for both projects.

We are getting close to graduation around my house and I needed a graduation set for a girl.    She likes vintage so I used the Banner in Bloom set and a sentiment from the Congratulations stamp set.

I made a card to put a gift card inside and then made a matching jar full of kisses with a sweet take to embellish it.    I die cut Dark Roast card stock with the Congratulations Square Panel.    I stamped some watercolor cardstock with the Banner in Bloom stamp set using a dark brown ink and then used my Distress inks to loosely watercolor the images.     I also made an envelope for my card using my Envelope Punch board and some old scrapbook paper that matched.    Did you know their is an app for the Envelope Punch board to make any size envelope?   I just discovered it :-)

I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the Congratulations stamp set and used Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder.   I added a strip of RC Aqua cardstock for a pop of color.    I tied some twine around the card and then added a felt heart cut from the Circle Wishes Confetti Cuts.   To finish it off, I added some Sparkling Clear sequins.

For the cute tag on the mason jar, I used the new Dashed Line Tag and die cut from from watercolor cardstock and then stamped again with a dark brown ink and watercolored with my Distress inks.    For the tag, I added a felt flower from the Berry Sweet Confetti Cuts and sewed a light blue button.   I tied it to the jar with some raffia.

Next up, I decided to make a wine bottle tag for my mother in law for Mother's Day.   I used the new Tall Blooms stamp set and matching Tall Bloom Confetti Cuts.  I stamped and die cut them on Premier Polar White cardstock and colored in with my Copics.

I wanted to create a bouquet of flowers and decided to build my back drop on Kraft cardstock.   I die cut it twice once with the Rounded Top Layers and then a second time with the Stitched Rays Cover Panel.  I then inked the edges with some Kraft ink.

I die cut a Wreath with Midnight cardstock and then sprayed it with shimmer mist.    The banner and mom die cut are from Flowers for Mom.  I used a scrap of cardstock and covered it with Versamark ink and then covered it with Ranger Gold embossing powder and then die cut the mom.

I recently got some Katia iridescint Crystals and sprinkled them on here and there.    I layered all my pieces with lot's of foam tap to give it dimension.   I hope you have fun hopping along today and get inspired!

Next up on the hop is Kelly LuncefordShe has some gorgeous projects this week.    The complete hop list is below!  I can't wait to check out everyone's projects for today!   Have fun hopping!
